Ngezi Platinum seek to maintain positive run

Ngezi Platinum will be looking to stretch their lead at the summit to six points at least for 24 hours when they host Harare City-who have lost just once this season-at the Baobab Stadium in tomorrow’s only encounter.

The platinum miners are yet to taste defeat with two draws away from home the only time they have dropped points.

With a 1-0 win over Chapungu on Wednesday still fresh in their minds, Harare City will be their next challenge as they seek to bag another set of three points.

Harare City who are 5th with 24 points however present a challenge for Ngezi Platinum as the Sunshine Boys have lost only once this season with Mark Harrison’s charges having won six, drawn six and lost only one of their 13 matches.

On Sunday, Chicken Inn clash with FC Platinum with struggling Dynamos hosting Herentals at Rufaro Stadium.

Highlanders have a date with Chapungu at Barbourfields with Yadah and Caps United locking horns at the National Sports Stadium.
