Toronto sisters detained in Nigeria accused of trying to blackmail billionaire with sextape

Nigerian princes, beware!

Two sisters who rose to social media stardom because they look like Kim Kardashian were busted trying to blackmail a Nigerian oil billionaire and other wealthy African men with sex photos, according to reports Tuesday.

Jyoti and Kiran Matharoo of Toronto are accused of threatening to post steamy images of oil mogul Femi Otedola cheating on his wife on a sex scandal website, the Toronto Star reported.

The women — who post break-the-internet-style rump shots and selfies lounging on yachts on Instagram — demanded cash from Otedola, who is worth $1.8 billion, according to the newspaper, which cites court documents posted by Politics Nigeria.

The sisters, who have a combined 50,000 Instagram followers, allegedly launched the website NaijaGistLive to extort cash from rich men, authorities told the site.

They “have been responsible for the humiliation and cyberbullying of some 274 persons, mostly based in regions of Africa,” the court documents state.

The twisted sisters were allegedly caught with laptops and iPads that contained video of themselves having sex with some of the men, along with personal info about the guys, according to Toronto’s CityNews.

Things now aren’t so glamorous for the women — who were jailed in Lagos, Nigeria on cyberbullying, blackmail and extortion charges, according to the Toronto Sun.

They have pleaded not guilty and are scheduled to appear in court next month, the Sun reported.

Otedola, a chairman for Forte Oil, is the third wealthiest person in Nigeria and the sixteenth richest man in Africa, according to a Forbes report from earlier this year.
